  1. Rent & Maintenance Review

    First of all, to ensure your property is correctly priced, we’ll provide you with a current market rent review and agree on a realistic weekly rent. If there are maintenance items that need attending, we’ll also discuss these with you so they can be resolved before potential tenants view the property. This will give you the best chance of securing a tenant quickly.

    Then it’s time to take lots of photos (if we don’t already have them on file) and start marketing.

  2. Marketing

    Rental iQ begins your marketing with a complementary and effective internet campaign featured on the most viewed property websites in Western Australia, focusing on the standout features of your property and employing extensive photos to present your property in the best light. If we feel your property would benefit from additional marketing such as signage or newspaper advertising, we will discuss this with you.

  3. Tenant Screening

    Anyone interested in renting your property is asked to complete a detailed application form which includes information on previous properties they’ve rented, employment history and all other relevant details. We then check this information and their references and will contact you to discuss prospective tenants and recommend applicants who meet your selection criteria. You have the final say on all tenant applications.
